All About Workspaces, Projects, and Permissions

Over the past couple of months, the team has been adding more and more functionality to the workspaces experience in Replo. I'm going to answer some of the key questions we've received below. 

1. What is a Replo Workspace? It's your team's collaboration hub in Replo, where you can manage projects, members and permissions, referral codes, and soon, billing and integrations. There's no cap on the number of workspaces you can create, but ideally, your team should operate within a single workspace for efficiency.

2. In this new Workspace world, what is a Project? A project within a workspace is your foundation for building and collaborating on specific campaigns or page groups. We're aiming to enable multiple projects per workspace soon.
   

3. What is the right permission set to grant to team members or contractors? A week or so ago we introduced workspace permissions of Owner and Member. We also have 'project-only' invites that give single project access to anyone you may need to work with outside your team. You can read more in our permissions documentation.

4. Is there a way for me to move projects across workspaces? Currently there is no way to move projects between workspaces, but keep an eye out in the next couple of weeks.
