A/B Test Data not showing after refresh

we are running an AB test and we were initially seeing data such as conversions, revenue, conversion, percentage, etc. But for some reason when I refreshed, we're only seeing sessions and no conversion data. Can you help me understand if there's a reporting issue? The name of our test is: "​memorial day 2025 promo"

I have confirmed this in an incognito window, as well as another person replicated this issue.
I was working with a support person on chat, but the person stopped replying.

We like Replo, but this is very frustrating given the importance of the test
