Ability to have desktop override mobile, instead of mobile overriding desktop

Lots of folks design with a "mobile first" view in mind, which means they start building the page on mobile and make style tweaks to desktop. It would be nice to have this option in Replo, since right now style updates on desktop always flow down to mobile, unless you override them!
