Configuring smooth vs snappy scroll for scrolling to URL hashmarks in Replo

Right now, you have to add custom HTML/CSS to Replo pages in order to configure smooth scrolling to sections on the page using hashmarks. It would be great to be able to control this either on a per-button or per-page basis!
