Having Multiple URL Hashmarks on the same page can cause issues with "Scroll to Hashmark" interactions

It’s very easy to misconfigure pages in a confusing way if you have two sections with the same URL hashmark. Especially if one is hidden on a device type.

Maybe implement some feature where if a redundant URL hashmark is applied, throw an error and suggest ways to mitigate the issue.
