Inconsistent default fonts

I prefer to set font at page level for consistency and ease of changing fonts.

Usually works fine, but on some elements, removing the set font (to default back to the last font in the hierarchy) changes to “system-ui” instead of the greyed out version of the font it should be.

When this happens, manually selecting “default” does the same.

Please fix this! Changing super minor elements like fonts manually for each element and at each breakpoint (if set) feels like it slows builds by half.
