Maintain text styling when removing a style

By default, when you remove a style on text, it should remove that style but maintain the same text styling so the user can adjust it to their needs. It should not revert to a random tiny font. The main use case when removing a style is often a minor change like font size. It is inconvenient to have to manually re-apply all styling after removing a style just to change the font size by a few px.
