Option to extend scroll overflow section view on mobile

It is difficult to edit sections that have an X scroll overflow on mobile as the width of these scrollable sections can exceed the max mobile view width.

This is an issue when creating scrollable comparison tables on mobile.

It should function like when you remove the ‘clip content’ in Figma, and expand to the side of the mobile view to allow easy editing.
