Scroll to certain section in page when breakpoints are switched

Replo for Shopify Themes
When you switch breakpoints, it scrolls you to the top of the page in Replo. And for mobile that's a lottt of scrolling down.

    Clarifying here that this is in the Replo editor - if you’re editing a component in desktop and you switch to mobile, the editor preview should automatically scroll so that the corresponding element shows up! Great idea!
