States based on customer tags (ex wholesale vs retail experience)

Being able to change the content that is displayed based on the customer tags. Ex. If you run a shop with a wholesale component and want to display a unique experience/set of prices/etc if user is logged in and has wholesale customer tags, you'd be able to create a custom state based on that criteria.
