Toggle "NoFollow" Value For Links

For both internal and external links, having the ability to toggle NoFollow or DoFollow values within the editor would be great. Right now we have to go into the code to change it. At least consider having the default be DoFollow, since right now the NoFollow links aren’t passing SEO juice around our sites.
