Would be great to show videos and GIF's in the carousel. I'm using the carousel feature to show product images on my Replo PDP's, and the requested feature is currently not an option.
Great feedback! I believe GIFs should work in carousels already, but videos are definitely a great feature to have there! Right now, the only workaround is to manually add the video in a video component as one of the product image carousel items, which means you can’t really use the dynamic nature of the carousel effectively.

We should have a way to understand if the source is a video or an image URL and, depending on that, have a way to swap the slider component. Thinking from current feature perspective, I would say we can add a state display condition > If the URL is video show this or hide this, same for image component.
